At this point, the industry needs to see it fail and it needs to cost someone money or they're going to keep pushing the wrong way forward.

In the game I am currently playing you actually do get to date the dragon.

You think FF7 doesn't value your time?

It's one big shell game. Keep moving the money, leave the public with the bill.

I am reminded of Chappell Roans outfit in Hot To Go.

It's truly so hard to gain traction.

I commission art for my novels and YT channel somewhat regularly and NSFW art does not detract me even slightly. I want to see a portfolio with 6-10 pieces that demonstrate a reasonable variety of what I could expect if I commissioned a piece from you, such as different poses or backgrounds etc.

Wow! I don't follow VF but its really disgusting for them to publish this and then turn around and think they have any foundation to talk to us about the "project of journalism".

Maggie @prettyguardian.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I appreciate the last line of your comment because it reflects the role they have actually assumed while speaking to us unintelligibly about the project of journalism.

Two excellent traits in a man.

I did a run on BG3 where I accepted every single failure and it was fun in a way, but by the end I also saw the failures kind of compound on themselves in a way that felt bad.

I dont have a high opinion of 505 Games so it doesnt surprise me. Not that Im over here snickering about it, would have loved a game like Armed Fantasia.

The thing about a slow burn is that it has to eventually BURN and, for me, it never did. I like a lot of the characters and the gameplay but the story feels like they had ideas for a broader world and then piece mealed it into the games without giving them a plot that would justify the run time.
