I used to think there was only 1 type of touchback where the ball goes to the end zone I think when fumbled? Then I learned there’s more than one but I just don’t get it or the rules around it honestly. Like one of them they move the ball to the 35 or something?

So my understanding now is that you can block them by being in their way, making sure they can’t get past you, but you can’t say, grab their leg? Or pull their arm, or like wrap your arms around them and hold them back?
