That's two what I guess are more advanced walking Sims in a row, and this was also quite good. Has a reteo-future style that I dug a lot, presumably as a result of when the 'classic' story it was based on was written. A slow burn with some really impressive sights along the way.

Pretty nice and contained game that mostly served as a decent showcase for a new PC. Leans into the hard-boiled cop tging so hard that I stopped finding it funny and honestly kind of respected its commitment.

Started multiple times on PC years ago. Finally picked up and finished on Switch 2. A few bugs and inconsistencies, notably the odd difficulty spike that hurts what is otherwise an absolute king of a long-haul travel game. Still a lot of fun, and Switch 2 seems to power past performance woes

Okay, number 2 was way better. I never meaningfully played the original Silent Hill 2, but this remake stands alone as supremely uncomfortable from beginning to end in a way that most bigger budget horror games aren't. Silly puzzles, but excellent overall.
