I was privileged to meet E Comp. James Anthony tonight, H of London Rifle Brigade Chapter No. 1962. James has Cerebral Palsy as a result of medical negligence at birth. His disability affects his motor functions, not his cognitive or affective. Thank you James. You bring out the best in us.
