Only real complaint is I'm having an issue where it connects and plays audio just fine, but the software doesn't detect them, which means the Game/Chat balance wheel on the headset doesn't work until I replug in the USB dongle.

Quality wise I've been very happy with them, audio sounds great, battery life has been incredible (The mic is... Usable, but I only tested it briefly) They are a little heavy, especially compared to my old A50s, with a bit higher clamping force, but I got used to that after a few weeks.

Depends on where you get in, that's what you'd expect to see at like an ISP support callcenter. Working helpdesk at an office would be a lot more varied, everything from printers, general usage assistance, triaging more complex issues, but also still stuff like login help, password resets

Should also mention they block a LOT of audio so I have side tone on at around 20% so I don't feel deaf. Anything above 25% is a loud hissy mess, so, mic is mid at best.

I ended up getting the Audeze Maxwell 2. Audio quality is miles above my old A50, build quality feels solid AF, but it is much heavier, and the clamping force is higher. Will take some time to get used to wearing them, but overal quite happy with them so far

RIP, my Astro A50 is nearly dead now too, 4 years old Anyone have any suggestions for wireless headsets that have a separate voice/game channel? The only three I know of are the A50, Audeze Maxwell 2, and the SteelSeries Arctis Pro... Mic doesn't matter, I have an XLR setup :3
