Varga plant in Dr Who
A Varga plant from a 1960s episode of Dr Who. Poisonous spikes which turn *you* into a Varga plant if they scratch you, if I recall correctly. Creeping a little closer to your downed spacecraft every day

Get the look for less! 😄
Post by Claire Lynch showing, on the left, Andrew Tate being arrested (on charges of rape, human trafficking, and possession of indecent images of children). The 'hypermasculinity influencer' is wearing a purple blouse, black capri pants, and black loafers. On the right, an ad for George at Asda showing a slim, smiling brown woman wearing the EXACT SAME CLOTHES (blouse £17, pants £12). Claire's text accompanying the picturs says "Must be especially embarrassing for Andrew Tate to get arrested wearing an ASDA ladies outfit"

I also saw parallels with Borges' 'Library of Babel' in that it's an infinite (maybe) building with variations. And the House seems like the etchings(?) of the actual Piranesi made real. Which also recalls Brian Aldiss' 'The Malacia Tapestry', inspired by (and illustrated by) the works of Tiepolo
A huge baroque interior by Piranesi, with giant statues in alcoves between columns

Just found this, and hoping it isn't AI bullshit
Images of 'Ancestor: Ser Duncan the Tall' and 'Descendant: Brienne of Tarth' with the text:
Brienne of Tarth found a shield in her father's stores that bears an Elm tree with a shooting star. She describes it as bearing "the green leaves of the tree, and along the path of the falling star". I looked it up and GRRM actually confirmed that Ser Duncan the Tall is an ancestor of Brienne! The looks alone should have sold it.
