Watched the 1993 Disney version of HUCK FINN for the first time since its release as prep for teaching the novel this week and realized my dream adaptation would land somewhere between DAYS OF HEAVEN and the Coen's TRUE GRIT. At the very least, picture Linda Manz as Huck!
