During one of the year’s lowest tides, our team explored Smith Cove, home to Elliott Bay’s only eelgrass bed. These vital underwater plants support fish, crab, and healthy marine ecosystems. Thanks to our enhancement project, eelgrass coverage has grown 20–25% since 2022.
