Ayyy happy ace visibility day from the fucker that still needs to redraw this but with their “new” fursona 😎👉👉

My old fursona, Poppy, a pink axolotl chimera, kneeling ehil draping a flag over themselves, exposing their sheath

Theyre holding a demi-aroace flag, their tailis pierced with rind in the colour of cupioquoiromantic, they have anrosexu arm sleeves, ace piercings on their gills, three ace-specific micro label bracelets, and a myrsexual-inspired choker.

You know I think being cooked in a crockpot being lovingly seasoned in a nice broth would fix me, but it’d probably be more like

[being boiled alive in a witch's soup] witch (smacking me with her broom): stop *smack* eating *smack* all
*smack* the *smack* potatoes

Q: Favorite thing about your boyfriend? A: Gosh, it's all stiff competition~ there's so, so much good about him. I'd say that when he plays smash, he'll say "ha ha!" In a very specific voice and cadence and it's super infectious.

Q: What's your favorite style of artwork (classical, impressionist, etc)? A: Honestly? The freedom that Post digital/ digital contemporary made all manners of styles and emulation of different mediums extremely accessible. It's resulted in the most explosive experimentation in all of art history.

Q: What's your favorite style of artwork (like classical, impressionist, etc)?

A: Honestly? The freedom that Post digital/ digital contemporary made all manners of styles and emulation of different mediums extremely accessible. It's resulted in the most explosive hybridization and experimentation in all of art history.

The accessibility of art through modern digital mediums has made such an impact on art as a whole that anyone can try (the emulation of) almost any medium prior. I could sit down and learn how to paint in oils right now if I wanted, before spending any money on oils and canvases! Plus with the lack of available space for the average person concerning canvases, paints, easels, etc: it makes the creative process still available!

Not to mention the rise in outright porn and sexual expression as a viable subject with merit!

Q: What are your current thoughts on sizeplay? I know it's been a complicated journey, so I just wanted to see how you were holding up and what <your current> stance is. Answer copy pasted in next reply.

Question: “What are your current thoughts on sizeplay? I know it's been a complicated journey, so I just wanted to see how you were holding up and what you were currently stance is.”

Answer: I've always had a high regard for Sizeplay so I think you mean the macro sector.

Honestly? It changed once I stopped catering to the cis gay gaze. Once I stopped that and embraced my femininity and being a little chonky? It filtered out the weirdos that exclude trans men and non-cis male bodies.

I still resent the time I spent in those spaces. I resent the people who validated my abuser's behavior in favor of a mid-tier wank because he knew how to press people's buttons. And it seems those people may have gotten the message too so I don't have to try hard to maintain my peace anymore.

Macro is super fun! But you can kinda tell when it's a power trip as opposed to a kinky fantasy. Not that that's bad, but we're all partaking in a fantasy, so it behooves us to treat our others as humans out of scene. Plus, I firmly believe that macro is a kink in which the artists are not paid nearly as much as they should be for all of the environmental work that they do. I'm perfectly happy doing more POV shots involving norm/micro, as opposed to rampage/ environmental work in terms of a metropolis, or faux-macrophotography. I'll leave that to Nommz xD

But yeah! I want to focus more on the interaction between big and small, not destro/architectural work I probably won't get paid fairly for.

It really sucks when you’re your own artist because you have to put in hours of effort to edit your sona into and take shitposts a bit too seriously because why would an edit putting Penn in this meme take me 6 hours

you don't have to know everything. sometimes to draw a car you look up a 3d model on sketchfab, drag the model to be at the right angle, take a snapshot, and trace over it. and sometimes it's "no one's looking here, they're gonna be looking there. fuck it, shitty bus"

also lineweight being thinner where forms are touching helps too. it helps give the viewer context that theyre close enough to be one form.

150 5

🔞Moonlit Fae Doggy🔞 @popdroppy.gay · 30/09/2026

see, even though you can't see the full form of Nine (right), you can still tell where Penn (left)'s body is in relation to hers. from there, you would figure the resulting boundary based on both form's dimensions (how the bodies would fit together) can be conveyed with (2nd photo)

i find a Brush type brush (painterly) to be more forgiving than a gpen or something fully opaque. line hierarchy is like... when you have thinner lines for details and thicker lines for silouhettes. grabbed from fb, artist is (to my knowledge) lioren48

120 2

🔞Moonlit Fae Doggy🔞 @popdroppy.gay · 30/09/2026

honestly it depends on the piece and my aim. i'll use line weight hierarchy to imply an object or subject is closer. i'll use liquify to warp textures. and the most important thing is understanding the underlying form. there's also pushing context. i'll show this with a few examples.

I’ve posted it a few times but This is a 15 year difference. My first ever digital piece vs my best so far (not my most recent, still working on one). If anything is stopping you from picking up a pencil becuase it “won’t look good”: the gallery the first image is a part of is still online.

An MS paint drawing of Zoro from One Piece with unintentional chibi proportions on a bright red background. The colour choices are not great, done by me when I was 12.

Penn and Banryu in combat attire waltzing over a city at sunset. In the background the “Banryū” (inuyasha weapon) and the Mistweaver Monk weapon “Sheilun, Staff of the Mists” (Ver. Mint) stand crossed near the sunset itself, impaled into the earth.
