We are especially interested in work that both questions the meanings of the concepts of both 'the popular' and
'communication', research that explores the notion of 'unpopular communication', and work that offers innovative forms of research method.If you're working in the following areas, do consider submitting your work to us:

• Transcultural/transnational and transmedia flows of legacy media & new media• Conspiracy theories,
mis/disinformation & power in on and offline spaces
• Media representations, & the problematics of communicating these
