Robert Eggers explains why he is directing a new ‘ROMEO & JULIET’ movie: “After ‘Werwulf’ I was writing another horror movie and it got so dark again that I was like, ‘I need a break,’ so I’ll just do something about 2 teenagers killing themselves.”

Watching my normal watchlist in reverse order. First up some Kurosawa. I notice a pattern of the oldest movies in my watchlist, they’re all LOOONG #filmsky

Just found out the Hyrox lady ‘had’ a sponsorship with Puma and if they don’t release a line of “Hyrox Pooma pants” I’ll never forgive them

Continuing my love of poorly disguised stunt performers. Who’s this guy? John Connor got real old all of a sudden with a bad wig

Pretty janky in parts and the budget got squeezed for all that it was worth. It also entertains me endlessly when they make little to no effort to disguise the stunt performers. A guy had a blonde permed wig on at one point pretending to be Linda Hamilton and it was great #filmsky

In honour of the rightfully angry little fighting robot, now watching. I think it’s my first time. I remember scenes but have no clue about the actual movie. #filmsky
