Cutting through the noise of WH leaks, it seems clear that these talks have barely moved off the Iranian proposal of 6 weeks ago and the administration’s inability to gain anything of value on nuclear matters leaves 2 bad choices, take a nothing deal or reescalate, vs. just waiting and hoping.
