We don't do this recruitment thing on commission, and that's not an accident — it's because we think how you do business matters as much as what you achieve.

The GBC asks a lot of the organisations it accredits: paying the real Living Wage, listening to employees, sourcing ethically, taking environmental responsibility seriously, paying fair tax. No cherry-picking — you commit to all ten.
