Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 29/09/2026going to the new kinokuniya this weekend for my birthday... wkwk... 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 15/09/2026I ended up buying ACNH after all this time... tomolife awakened me to wanting to decorate an island 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 12/09/2026although I'm not attached to ys 8 npcs I gotta say they're still way more charming than ys x npcs.... 000
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Finished ys 8 replay. Amazing how nice and balanced it feels after x lol 101
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 07/09/2026so I figured out the land discovery rate in ys x is linked to getting all the discoverables (treasure chests etc) in the area which is different from previous Ys games which had those separated ._.) so I got all the buried treasure I missed and got my 100% 110
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 04/09/2026if there was a beard papa this shopping district would be perfect (there's also an hmart coming) 000
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I need to go out and buy a couple things today maybe I will...take a very out of the way trip... to 85c.... 120
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 04/09/2026just learned there's and 85c and a teso in the same shopping district kinokuniya is opening up near me.... wth I can't believe I've been missing out when it's so close 110
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 04/09/2026If I do get this job I'm gonna have to change my sleeping schedule which will be rough as a night owl.... 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 03/09/2026finished another eden begins demo. I know it was originally a gacha game but they really should've added battle items when converting it to a single-player jrpg... and no instant-load text is a huge issue 000
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 03/09/2026why is it not standard for all games to include and instant-text setting. who actually enjoys text that loads lower than reading speed.... and it just doubles the amount of button presses when you have to press it to instantly load it (and also sometimes end up skipping over short text as a result) 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 02/09/2026so the place got back to me (looks like I'm having an issue where my phone is blocking a lot of phone calls 😭) so I have a follow up interview scheduled for next week! 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 28/08/2026>applies to job on indeed >gets email to fill out app on their site >questions are exact same ones I filled out on indeed >wants me to re-enter all information from my resume are you fr rn 130
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 24/08/2026had an interview today and moving onto next step in hiring process... might finally have a job again soon 🙏 190
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 24/08/2026The internet would be a better place if people just learned to be a little bit more kind 050
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 24/08/2026Anyways, except for Karja, the characters this time were incredibly dull and had almost no development. The story was fine, but the character writing is such a major downgrade after 9. 100
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 24/08/2026I finished ys x and the map discovery is officially worse than celceta because I cleared the entire sea and it's still telling me I only have like ~90% sea discovery in most of the seas 💢 110

Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 21/08/2026I'm having more fun after turning it down to easy but I wish there was an HP option between easy and normal for bosses that was the actual normal lol 000
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 20/08/2026the boss fights in ys x are really not fun and even the early bosses take WAY too long to kill. I wish the control mapping was not a disaster but the remap options don't make the unintuitive controls any better either 140
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 18/08/2026I have an interview next week and I am mildly panic. I haven't done one in so many years... 050
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 10/08/2026Mom made something cheesy for dinner and my nephew (1.5) was like "COME ON CHEESE" and then hardly ate any 050
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 06/08/2026I hate applications that make you re-enter all of your info from your resume. wtf do you think the resume is for 040
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 03/08/2026good news is I don't have a kidney stone. bad news is now I don't know what's causing the pain. muscle spasms is a possibility though.... 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 27/07/2026Sad to hear my favorite modern mystery writer passed away 🥲 I really like Higashino Keigo's stuff 010
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 22/07/2026Honestly reality still hasn't hit that Gon and Killua appeared in the manga for the first time in 12 years but regardless I did have a heart attack when I saw them. I wonder how many chapters until they reunite... it's been 14 years... I feel so old remembering I was there for their separation 010
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 22/07/2026Has it been long enough that I can talk about hxh spoilers now (I have no idea if people who follow me read it or not) 120
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 22/07/2026Watching yu yu hakusho in JP for the first time and the utter betrayal I felt that Youko isn't voiced by Ogata 💔 030

Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 10/07/2026Well at this rate I might stop using bsky too if this popup doesn't go away 🙃 210
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 01/07/2026digital libraries are not guaranteed to last as seen with the shutdown of other stores and license issues. but my ps1 discs still work 🙃 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 01/07/2026lately my cat who never cuddles has been snuggling right up into my arm to sleep. it's cute but then I can't move 010
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 26/06/2026had to stay in bed for an extra hour because my cat decided to snuggle right into my face as I was about to get up 040
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 26/06/2026excited that hxh is only a few days away... finally new content after I got back into it last year 030
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 23/06/2026my nearly decade lasting flip flops finally broke. much sad. fortunately today is prime day so found a nice pair for half off 🎉 130
Polka @polkiuu.bsky.social · 22/06/2026with hxh coming back next week I'm on copium to get even one panel of killua (this is not happening) 110
