hey y’all, i have a new book up for sale on my itchio store. ghost walks will collect around 5+ years worth of poetry and sketches, and it’s something i’m really proud of. it’s a WIP, but future updates will bring the page count to ~120+ pages, so it’s a big boy ✨📖✨

The cover image for my poetry book, Ghost Walks. A vast field of grass is littered with dilapidated houses and debris, with little ghosts floating in and around the structures.

A page excerpt from Ghost Walks. Sketches surround the poem, which is titled ‘artwork.’

you gotta work-
or the story in your pen
will die, never sharing
its heart on sheets
of dead trees.

draw what you like,
what you love, all
the things that set
you aflame & leave
only quiet, tired
bones behind. draw
everything that
hurts, arouses, and
frustrates you—
draw, because what
else is there for
a fool like you?

A promotional image for my book, Ghost Walks. The text reads:

Ghost Walks is my largest collection of poetry to date. This book gathers about five years worth of poetry scattered about in sketchbooks and my notes app. They come to me a lot while I'm in my head, lost within a feeling. I like to call them 'ghost walks,' since they feel like I've gone somewhere and nowhere- hence the title.

This is a digital, incomplete version of the book, which will continue to be updated. Thank you for supporting my work, and I hope you enjoy.

All my love,
Cameron

New hair color (I've done this one before actually but it's different than "pink from red washing out")

I'm officially reaching a point in my Danny phantom Artist career that the art I make does not make sense to the average person anymore; you have to be up to date on recent canon storylines in order to understand my comics

A couple years ago I switched the heads of two plushies on a whim, and created Bearnard. I gave big head/small body bear to a friend. Bearnard goes on adventures with me. Maybe one of my favourite projects ever 💛

2 normal but differently sized bear plushies

Heads are switched, they are chilling on a rock at a zoo

when I lose at video game I have to make an art

digital drawing of a snake or worm like creature with six black wings and a black feathered head with a beak. Its body is covered in colored panels, mostly teal and pink

Art of Thanatos, Greek god of death and son of the goddess of night, twin to the god of sleep

Why the hell is this image so yellow?? Anyway a golden person asks where they are and Thanatos replies "the same place as before. It simply looks different. But you can't stay here. We must leave before long." His expression is relaxed and the golden person, a ghost, looks worried. They are standing in a starry void. Thanatos himself has stars in his curly hair.

Being an artist is so crazy because some of your favorite works will never get the same love as things you made quickly in a whim or as a joke. The internet is focused so much on memes and jokes and relatability that sometimes what you consider your best work never gets shared by anyone

Hello Sunshine is a horror mystery graphic novel about a missing teenage stoner. The adults think he just ran away, but his friends realize weird stuff is happening in his house, and it may have something to do with his mother's death, years before. #comics ☀️ Preorders! lbink.com/titles/keezy... ☀️

inside hardcover of hello sunshine. alex is surrounded by screaming laughing faces, plus daisy eyes, a red monster

alex walks past a mirror where his doppelganger is peering out. the doppelganger has a daisy for an eye and a skull face. text says hello, sunshine...

I never posted this here, but I made a pretty big write-up over on Tumblr for anyone interested in learning #pixelart! It's a guide on software, fundamentals, jargon and resources. Since links are legal on Bsky I can share it: www.tumblr.com/tofupixel/75... #tutorial Hope someone finds it useful!

A screenshot of a tumblr post reading:

"Title: So you want to learn pixel art?
Subtitle: Part 1 of ??? - The Basics!

Hello, my name is Tofu and I'm a professional pixel artist. I have been supporting myself with freelance pixel art since 2020, when I was let go from my job during the pandemic."

Two images comparing artistic improvement, the left is of a rudimentary tree, and the right is of a statue in a wall recess surrounded by plants and dappled light.

"My progress, from 2017 to 2024. IMO the only thing that really matters is time and effort, not some kind of natural talent for art.

This guide will not be comprehensive, as nobody should be expected to read allat. Instead I will lean heavily on my own experience, and share what worked for me, so take everything with a grain of salt. This is a guide, not a tutorial. Cheers!"

A beach I dream about a lot

I dream about this beach often

Panel 1: a rabbit walks down a dreamy blue and purple shore, there are lots of stars in the sky

Panel 2: the rabbit looks towards the horizon, there are more stars

The fact that clip studio lets you set a default background color that's automatically applied to every new canvas is SO COOL and VERY HELPFUL for my eyes
