The killing of a Sun Dragon is a celebrated event among the Sun Elves, but the dragons have only gotten rarer as the hunts go on. [ #art #fantasy ]

A large feathered dragon is sprawled across the ground, clearly having crashed-landed. There is an arrow lodged in it's neck and a group of elves stand around it, one of whom is wielding a blade.

Environment Concept art I made for the game my group made for our Game Design course's final project. The game itself was a fun experience but the team has since disbanded and it will likely remain unfinished. The art is something I'm still proud of, though :) [ #art #conceptart ]

Digital painting of a little drake resting halfway on the shore of a sandy beach, with a tall mesa rising in the distance where the sand stops.

Digital painting viewing a winding river from the top of a tall mesa.

Digital art of a little drake in a vast desert with a tower looming among the clouds in the distance.

Digital artists, share your(one of your) first digital art vs now! 2015 vs 2025 (from December... I haven't drawn much this year) First piece done fully digitally (ms paint + mouse lol) at 13! I really only started drawing humans in 2017 so it was just cats and wolves for a long while lol

ms paint drawing of feathertail from warriors

A portrait of a character glancing up at the camera with a suspicious smile. The name "Absinthe" is written with the subtitle "the priest, the liar, the exile". They have dark skin and winged ears, with their hair and the feathers being a mix of black and white. They hold a burning incense stick.

Does anyone have resources for creating fur in 3d models? Particularly ones aimed toward cartoon animals and furries where have fur move in specific directions is important
