I dont know why it needs to be said but House prices in Melbourne when I bought my first house were 3-5 times median income. When I upgraded and bought my second property (which I own now) it was 5-7 times the median income. Not it in probably 10 times the median income.

It annoys me as a Duo Lingo user that it offers me the ability to learn Klingon or High Valyrian languages (which whilst cool are not needed) but doesn't support learning Cantonese (for English Speakers) which I do need to learn as it is my wife's family's first language
