Question: Can traditional artists apply?
Answer: Yeah of course! Traditional artists are welcome to apply as a page illustrator. If you do traditional art and want to be a spot illustrator, you must be able to create spot illustrations with transparent backgrounds.

Question: Will the planner also cover things from the anime series?
Answer: Yes! However it depends on what the artist wants to draw. Each month will cover a generation of Pokemon so that means they can draw anything related to that gen. Also merch artists and seasonal spread artists aren’t limited to any topic and can choose the anime if they’d like.

Answer: All fans (new or old) are welcome to apply! No one will be judged based on how long they have liked Pokemon. Also if you don’t have pokemon examples to share that’s ok. We’re mostly looking at art style when judging applications.

Answer: Nope, these planner projects are made just for fun, so the topic each year revolves around what our host Gab is most interested in. It doesn’t necessarily have to do with Nintendo since she appreciates other fandoms a well. BTW there has already been a kirby planner made by a different team.

Answer: Yes, just like in our past planner projects, you will be able to hand pick the merch you would like to buy instead of buying a full bundle. However, doing it this way will be a little bit more expensive than if you just purchase a premade bundle.
