But (and you obviously need to take certain people at their word for this) when you've got a game that's been spinning its wheels for ages and one of the key issues is some critical flaw to the entire game design I guess top brass is going to consider options. 100

I believe I've read claims that this is partially why it was held back from full production at points. Of course, this is essentially 2nd or 3rd hand info. 100
