We resonate with your cookbook! Personally, the Legos confirmed 🥰 I went through—and still going through—issues with food choices for my now 13 year old. 10 years ago the food therapy he participated in didn’t help much. And no, I never believed in “tricking” my kids into eating anything.

Quick distinction: Feeling something strongly is not the same as seeing something clearly. One is about intensity. The other is about accuracy. If you skip that difference, you will trust the wrong things with confidence.

I pulled y’all up on Spotify yesterday. I first listened to Back At It before Pillars. First time in my life I heard bright conviction in a voice. I enjoy listening to dark raspy voices with heavy drums. LOL While reflecting on your music today, I realized conviction drives compassion.
