Step 3: Pineapple jelly Still mostly got it. Forgot that if you pour the jelly before it decently cools, it is too liquid and goes through the biscuit and leaks out, making the crust weaker. Ah well. Tasting tomorrow.

Step 2 complete: filling. It's my standard vanilla base filling, but with coconut milk and a shot of Malibu rum. Letting it set for 3 hours, then comes the pineapple jelly layer.
