Site is back online. It was ready last night, but didn't want to open it right before I went to bed in case something caught fire. Have fun with the update. Post bugs in the forums

Syncing turned back on -- Website will be back online tomorrow morning. It'll be worth the wait. Have some scripts running and I'm tired.

Website down for emergency maintanence -- app should still be fine

I've turned the site back on, however syncing will remain turned off until the process (updating every user for every game to use the new game progress calculation) is completed.

lol. This is going to take a lot longer than anticipated. The DB backup for the table I'm planning to update has to update nearly 500,000,000 records....it's only about 20% done after an hour. 😅🥲😭

Pocket PSN is down while I update how game percentage completions are calculated. I then have to apply it to every player for every game. Feel free to join the Discord for any questions.

Day 3: Like hidden games, you no longer have to go all over the site to manage your cab. The trash icon deletes it & the add button brings up a modal where you can search all your earned #playstation trophies. You can then drag & drop each one to easily organize your cab. #ps5

Like I mentioned yesterday. You'll no longer need to go trudge through the different areas of the site to view your hidden #playstation games or hide/unhide games. It can all be done directly from your Pocket #psn profile with a few clicks. #ps5

First: Profiles. The overall design is still roughly the same, but there is still a lot of changes here and I'll go over them individually over the next few days. You can see some of the new additions and differences here. #playstation #ps5 #sony

A major update is on the way with a bunch of new features and QoL improvements. We'll be posting a new update every day until we launch it...or we run out of new stuff to post. #playstation #sony #ps5

A large update is in the works that makes the site so much more faster and easier to navigate. For example, here is how you can edit your #playstation trophy cabinet in the update. All in one area.

We're closing in on the end of downtime. 90% complete. Site SHOULD be back up for everyone tomorrow.

Pocket PSN @pocketpsn.com · 20/05/2026

Still updating the billions of records. As of now it's just under 60%. Sorry for the way extended downtime, but unfortunately the longer I wait the longer it would take. Better to just rip the band-aid off.

Database is still performing optimizations. This is the biggest chunk with billions and billions of #playstation records. As of now it's about ~30% done. Our forums & Discord are still up if you just want to hang out. Will keep y'all updated every few hours

Site and app will be down all night tonight while I make some DB optimizations. If you’re not aware, I will be doing this every Monday and Wednesday nights at 8PM cst to morning. These will be going on until all the DB optimizations and speed improvements are done.

010 1

Pocket PSN @pocketpsn.com · 12/05/2026

Progress is only 33% after two hours. Going to have to let this run over night. Sorry it's taking so long, but the longer I wait the longer it would take. The good news is that doing this will decrease load times nearly everywhere (in a future update) to sub 1 second.

DB Optimizations are still going on - All the smaller tables are done and only the gigantic ones remain. Going a lot slower than I anticipated and may end up having to let it run all night.

Ninja update: The search bar will now show #PlayStation search results as you’re typing instead of going to a stand-alone page. #ps5

Small website update. #PlayStation basic presence has been fixed and will no longer slow down profile loading for those who have it enabled. Instead you will see a little loading indicator. This change, similar but not exact, will be coming to the app next update.

Trophy milestones have been requested since Pocket's inception, however it was always pushed to the back of the line for something else. Now they're finally here for both web and the mobile app!

The upgrades and updates are done, however it looks like Sony was also doing upgrades. Only difference is their upgrades look like it broke something on their end so syncing is disabled and will be until morning. I'm tired.

The site will be coming down for an hour or so for server upgrades as well as content upgrades. I normally don't bring the site down for content upgrades, but this one requires changes to nearly all files. This will start around 8:30 PM CST (During the Dallas Stars hockey game).

PSN Syncing will be unavailable on April 9 8:00 PM CST and into April 10. I need to make some database changes that cover billions of records so it will take some time. The website and app should still be functional, however may me slower and you may experience some hiccups.

Looks like there was a bug with the script that caused the video uploader to hang. All is fixed and we're back in business and roughly ~170 minutes of videos have been automatically added with a ton more on the way.

Infinite loading issues on the app has been resolved and an app update has been submitted to the app stores. For those unaware, I've been moving every single game image to their own image server as the main server was running out of space. This is nearly done and now a few bugs are popping up.

Pocket PSN @pocketpsn.com · 20/02/2026

App version 4.8.0 is now on the app stores. This is mostly a backend update to point all the game images to the new server.
