Still plenty of migrants in west Devon. Along with 5 vestals,pearly underwing was nfy and the turnip was nicely marked!

Still plenty of migrant activity here in West Devon VC4. Along with the rush veneers,silver Ys,vestals ,small mottled willows were a nice white speck nfy and a first convolulus hawk for the garden. Lesser wax moth was also nfy. @migrantmothuk.bsky.social

Lots of migrants around in Lifton VC4 including my 3rd striped hawk and ni moths having never caught any before Anania crocealis was nfg and a jersey mocha is always nice! @migrantmothuk.bsky.social

Considering the amount of red campion in west Devon I am amazed this was my first Campion in the trap.Other notables included NFY ingrailed clay,epinotia bilunana and mating eyed hawks

Amongst over 60 species were two new ones for me. Pseudotephusa paripunctella and incurvaria oehlmanniela. Who came up with these names? A nightmare to record!
