With anxiety gone so is unstable confidence, which created more anxiety, less confidence, less focus, etc. I'm stable and calm in way I haven't been since about 2010. Weight loss is remarkable. 000

Simply remarkable. I have moments where I just feel really clean & stable in a way I never have before because I'm not going from calorie input to calorie input. 100

I went from 5 - 6 coffees/caffeinated drinks a day, to one. And that one is not first thing in the morning, it's usually around noon. 100

I do notice that roughly 36 hours before my next dose my appetite comes back, but not nearly like it was before Ozempic. For example, I don't even think about grabbing a snack or a coffee, which was always my default before Ozempic. 100

I weighed myself yesterday for the first time since starting and have lost just shy of 7kg, which is impressive because the last two weeks my activity level was lower than normal -- mostly read on the beach or drove a motorbike to another beach, where I read, lol. 110
