Forests and fields are being replaced by farms and yards, to the point at which one can no longer find a place in the woods where one can't hear traffic noise. Also, developers keep chopping down trees inside of towns, for some mysterious reason.

If one changes primary ISPs before one moves, the IP addresses that these sites will have on record will no longer be those of any current user. That won't start a determined investigator in his tracks, but it might be enough to slow one down, and buy one some time to escape.
