My parents pay 2700e per year of taxes for a house and a piece of land that is 800 m². I do like driving to work tho, same as my dad who do 1hr of driving per day. 110

In my city (and its a small one) there are around 50 houses falling to ruin and barelly maintained because their owner barelly use them but refuse to sell. A ruined one cost 70 000 for 100 m² and 300 000 for a usable one (repair cost not included). 110
