Built around a guitar track originally designed to test mic placement, we added vocals, drums, and orchestral synth layers to bring it to life. We recorded this for our cousin, Martin, who appears on the cover art. youtu.be/fJJVddoXVww?...

What I love about this song is that it showcases PlasticSole’s ability to play a wide range of musical styles. There is a rudimentary jazz rhythm at the start and end, and a seaside organ sounding keyboard solo. It's very different from some of their bombastic indie songs, but one of their best.
