The new single from is officially out now. "Singularity" is a relentless 180bpm adrenaline rush that bridges the neon aesthetics of Outrun with the aggressive, driving energy of metalwave. #PlasticHorizon #Singularity #Outrun #Metalwave #Synthwave #8BitGaming #RetroSynth #OverlookHotelRecords

Today marks the 6th anniversary of the very first Plastic Horizon release. "TCKR" came out on May 3, 2020. It was my first real step into synthwave composition. I kept it tight: 18 tracks, 110bpm, heavily leaning on the PolySix and Linndrum. Spotify: open.spotify.com/track/17SlSI...

I'm not sure how I missed the fact that @plastichorizon.bsky.social has a new album available on Bandcamp! It even includes a few tracks that started life as demos for OSL soundsets. Eclipse now includes an awesome guitar part and tape warped outro.
