How to describe this croissant... it was warm, it was flaky, it was buttery.. it melted in my mouth.

It was in Paris at just a small neighborhood bakery.

Nothing is ever going to surpass this cross heart eating moment.

The need for croissants in my life has all but vanished, because of this epic one.

I may seriously try another one in Paris if/when I visit

But most other croissants are just belly fillers at this point.

Artikel in de Amstelveenz van Geertje Visser, titel gekraakt. Oktober 2026.

Visser beschrijft hoe een pand gekraakt is en dat het eigenlijk al heel lang leeg stond en dat die mensen ook een plek moeten hebben en dat die heel aardig zijn en dat ze eigenlijk enorm voor is. Daar werkt hey stuk zo van de andere kant geleidelijk naartoe.

Fieke is docent op ArteZ en maker. Ik heb haar ontmoet in de levendige As and Receive chat van studenten en alumni. Ze vroeg om koekblikken.

Als vaste kringloopklant en tijdelijk speler in een show van een andere student kon ik Fieke makkelijk en vlug een paar blikken bezorgen.
