Little fella

A 4 armed, hairless creature bearing heavily malformed features. It appears to have a egg-shaped head with two small horn-like appendages on it's left. It has crooked teeth which lead to stitches. Two of it's arms appear very human-like and are clawed alongside pointing downwards, whilst the 3rd arm on the left has a blade-like appendage on it's wrist, and the 4th arm on the right appears to be bladed in a strange maner. It's body is a black with white irregular spots, the black and white fading into the black at random intervals, and there are cut-like scars on it in a similarly ethereal white color. It lacks any eyes, instead having a white space where anything other than a mouth should be on the head.
