Walmart had a lot of them on bargain for like .50 each. I guess they weren't selling, so I bought a bunch of each color. Most of them taste sort of odd but not really bad. I'd often wonder what exactly it was *doing* to my gut.

To expound on that, in the west, we think of kobolds as being lizards primarily due to D&D 3rd edition. In original myths, monsters were interchangeable concepts and didn't often have defined visuals. "Original" kobolds were invisible, light, fire, shape-shifters or so on. They were never lizards.

That is indeed the cycle. Self isolate to "protect" others resulting in worse symptoms that need further isolation. It's a slow road but I found it comes down to support and identifying what the fountainhead of the issue is, uncomfortable as it might be.
