After making three service calls that never happened because they lack service people and parts throughout the US. They end up basically buying the refrigerator back from you for about half of the price that you paid and just avoid your warranty and questioning from there on out.

I know it's all ridiculous sometimes. And I don't know what's up with Samsung over here in the US. Their appliances are everywhere and they are horrible. Their refrigerator is probably the worst according to repair people (and me), ice maker replacement every year.
