I wanted to read China Miéville’s new book, but after listening to his interview on Talking Scared I’m out. It’s very obviously not written for me. #booksky

Just read a headline about a “real life exorcist” who points out what Hollywood gets wrong about demons. I bet you can’t guess which “news” network it was on?

I got distracted by a bunch of page turning thrillers that were fun, but not really worth discussing. Escapist fantasy has its place, but it doesn’t really require deep meaningful conversations. Now I’m gonna get back into my TBR. #booksky

I was telling my wife about a scene from Revenge Prey in which Davenport, wearing a Hermes suit, goes and buys a new Porsche after his is shot to shit. She deadpanned, “You wouldn’t fit in a Hermes suit or a Porsche.” #booksky #marriedlife

I’m starting to think this “you haven’t heard this song” thing is a covert op by the CIA. #musicsky

My fav band of all time and I listen/watch this like at least once a week. I highly recommend all of the stuff Emil Amos does, but this is the band that introduced me to him. #musicsky youtu.be/1xl3zVqQW6M?...

The Last Contract of Isako was FANTASTIC. This is the cyberpunk you’re looking for. It’s exactly what I needed after several so-so books. I feel reinvigorated to go find more excellent reads. #booksky

I thought I posted this last night. Apparently I was book drunk after a marathon book reading session where I wrapped up 3 books. None of em are worth mentioning. The good news is I get to start a bunch of new books, starting with The Last Contract of Isako. #booksky
