Fun Fact! Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge at Universal Studios has a THIRD secret ending if all players hit an exceptionally high average coin score on the ride. Instead of Mario taking the podium at the finish line, in his place lies a giant Universal Golden Cup trophy!

I've already began to transition away from Adobe for a while now, but as soon as my student license for their creative suite expires, I will be completely discontinuing all use of their products and services. It's just not worth my time.

Adobe has just announced the discontinuation and end of life of Adobe Animate, formerly known as Flash Professional. As someone who got their start on their animation software, this is brazenly unacceptable. I'd say do better Adobe, but I know you never will. Screw off.

Problem is, I’m struggling to even find time just to draw for myself, as a recreational activity. I’m going to really need to push myself to commit to doing commission work. Once I figure out a way to balance out my ever-spiraling work/life balance, I’ll get to it.

Well, to make a long story short- the bag is secured! There was barely any line at my local Target. Walked in, bought the console, walked out. If I knew it was going to be this easy I wouldn’t have fought the crashing retailer websites during the pre-order window… 😬😅

I work the Mario Kart ride at Universal Studios Hollywood - there’s a giant sign at the entrance that reads MARIO KART in bold letters. And yet, if I’m at the front, I’m always asked… “Is this the Mario Kart ride?” Yes. Yes it is. Don’t let the Yoshi theming for the queue confuse you…! 😂

Has anyone else noticed that Nintendo Switch system boxes have gotten smaller with each generation despite the console itself increasing in size Switch OLED’s boxes were smaller than the launch models and base Switch boxes followed suit since. Now with Switch 2 they’re even smaller lol

Yeah that tracks lol. Even here at the Hollywood location, Mario Kart is the big new ride in the block and wait times can be quite crazy from what I’ve observed. As for the actual game, yeah it can be quite chaotic on your first try, so I get it 😅 maybe you’ll be able to beat Bowser next time!

Here's a quick mockup of what I would do to improve the box art. I actually like the red bar, there was just too much unused negative space. Adjusted the logo for better balance and cohesion. Also watermarked just in case this gets in the hands of misinformed game journalists.
