So I may have heard (thank you @speedonthis.bsky.social !) that Dedenne in its little outfit is returning to Pokemon Go this year .... screaming crying frothing at the mouth #ArtAdventCalendar #CuteArt #PokemonArt #art #illustration #dedenne #pokemon #PokemonFanart #watercolour #DigitalWatercolor

A few digital sketches of the pokemon "Dedenne" - a yellow hamster-shaped creature with large round ears and stumpy little limbs, with a long wiry tail that ends in a bristly poof - dressed in a festive poncho. The poncho is primarily red, with a fluffy white trim that lines the bottom of the poncho and its hood - a hood that is shaped to allow Dedenne's large ears to sit comfortably within. Dedenne also wears two small pom-poms, one green and one coral-pink, on its right ear.

its the most wonderful time of the year (as much squirty cream as you can delicately balance atop a mug of hot chocolate time)

a photo of a hand holding a mug of hot chocolate with a large amount of cream on top. the mug is white and green with a watercolor hedgehog on it, and squirty cream leaks down the side. Various Christmas decorations can be seen in the background, out of focus

Day 8 of half-hour illustrations & another FB suggestion: Jester from #CriticalRole! I'm easing towards the end goal: actual character #art! I'm trying to establish a quick but consistent style ❤️ This was def the most fun so far but it helps that I adore this character 🍭 #JesterLavorre #sketch

A rough digital sketch of the character Jester from Critical Role campaign 2. She is smiling up to the right of the camera, mouth open, holding up an iced doughnut.

Day 7? of my half-hour sketches, with a request to draw #DeanWinchester ! keeping it quite loose and remembering to keep it fun is paying off i think! I'll get there with the likenesses eventually I'm sure hahaha #JensenAckles #supernatural #art #illustration #portrait #sketches

A digitally sketched portrait of Jensen Ackles, who portrays Dean Winchester in Supernatural. The "pencil" is purple, with shading created by a pastel texture here and there.

Day 6 of half-hour sketches! A suggestion from FB: Damon from #VampireDiaries. Wanted to be even looser today while still capturing likeness. Getting there I think! lmk if u have a celebrity/character you'd like to see me do a rough lil sketch of! #illustration #art #portrait #sketch #ArtPractice

A digitally sketched portrait of the character Damon from Vampire Diaries. The likeness is slightly caricatured in the length of head and jawline.

Day 5 of half hour sketches, today's suggestion was from discord (cal lightman from lie to me). I was a lot looser with trying to get a likeness with this one and it turned out well! having fun results in a better finished piece, who knew! #portrait #sketch #illustration #CalLightman #LieToMe #art

Day 4 of my half-hour sketches with another suggestion from FB. I did struggle with this (again), again getting too caught up in the end result! Used Wayne's World 2 for reference as that's where I know Mr Walken from best (aside from Kangaroo Jack) #art #sketch #illustration #ChristopherWalken

A digitally sketched portrait of the actor Christopher Walken, though the likeness isn't really there.

Day 3 of my half-hour sketches, today's suggestion is Naomi Nagata from The Expanse (as suggested on facebook)! I've never watched this show but she looks extremely cool so maybe I should? #portrait #sketch #illustration #TheExpanse #art #NaomiNagata

A digital sketch portrait of the character Naomi Nagata from The TV series The Expanse. The portrait is drawn in purple "pencil" with rough lines and shading.

Day 2 of my half hour sketches, with a suggestion from facebook of Bucky Barnes! This one was a struggle to be honest, I think I need to stay loose and focus on fun and not the end result! #portrait #sketch #marvel #art #BuckyBarnes #illustration #procreate

A sketched portrait of the character Bucky Barnes from the Marvel franchise. The likeness is off but there is still recognisability in his scowl and his left eye. The purple lines of the sketch are rough, and lighter purple patches denote shade.

A sketched portrait of wrestler John Cena, in digital purple pencil. The lines are loose and vary in opacity.

only had half an hour today, so I did 60 30-second studies instead, focusing on torsos. the overall plan is to work thru focused sections of anatomy. the idea is to do these on top of the 60 1-minute gesture drawings, once I'm less fatigued after completion :) #gesturedrawing #artstudy #art
