I found out last night that those dungeons they make you do to continue the story are totally soloable but they don't make it obvious. Just create a room, set it to private, and enter. As long as you are doing exploration mode you are good to go. There are even achievements for soloing. #Aion2

Oh wow, living world seasons are now included in the purchase of expansions. That's a huge deal and it makes it so much easier to get newer friends into the game and story. Awesome change. #GuildWars2

I found out last night that PvP in Aion 2 works differently than it did in Aion 1. In the first game once you hit 20 and left the starting zone you could get jumped by the opposite faction while you were leveling. Now, not only do you have to hit max level but you need to toggle that on in open […]

Welp I hit group content and in order to finish the story you have to do the dungeon. I went and did the party matching system but was disconnected during the last boss. Thankfully it finished the quest. Not sure how much further I'll be able to go on my own. #Aion2

Not sure how I feel about the spiritmaster either. Perhaps I will actually just have one character. Shocking! She looks cute though. #Aion2

Damn it! If you outlevel the mobs the drop rate on their souls significantly drops and at 10 levels or higher it damn near stops. Sigh. #Aion2

If any of my mutuals are playing Aion 2 on Yustiel, I created a Legion. Let me know if you are interested in joining and I'll send you the information. You have to be level 18 and to have finished on of the story quests I believe.

Tip of the day. Pets! Pets come in 4 types and 1 special type. Each type (other than special) has stats tied to it, & each pet can be leveled up 3 times. Leveling a pet increases it's stats. Their stats count to the overall owned effects of all your pets […] [Original post on gamepad.club]

Digging through my Aion screenshots from back in the day. So back when I played Aion at launch the launch queues were fucking insane. I'm taking 5 hour queues! One of the thing people would do is set up their personal shop to afk cause that didn't boot you. It was insanity. #Aion

I can not for the life of me figure out how to get notifications on my new phone for Mastadon. Maybe if I uninstall the app and reinstall. It's the only app that isn't giving me notifications. That's probably a good thing but it's definitely annoying.

Handicrafting in Aion 2 is wild. The first item you can craft requires a character of lvl 3 to be able to use it. That sounds reasonable. However you need trees since you are making bows and staffs. Thing is I have yet to see a tree I can gather from. I even gathered enough that I could unlock […]

@kevinbrill don't worry about the endeavor too much. We are already at T2. Just do Souvenir Seeker, Razorwind Shores and you'll be good to go. Plus it gives MASSIVE amounts of XP. Like I am surprised they haven't nerfed that. I was sitting at a little over a quarter of the way into level 11 […]
