I think that entirely depends on if Nixx spots her hiding in the shadows. 😅 I'm sure that they could communicate well though if they talked. I think both characters from Wrexy have a really cool design, Nixx is a really interesting looking character though! 👍💜

I think it's a trap of "This looks good, I'll make my own version of it." but because you referencing, it ends up much closer to the original. It's something I'll be more mindful of in the future, and will definitely try harder to find the original's socials when referencing in the future.

It was a pixel art piece of the Tower of Tartarus from Persona 3. As the tower has a very unique shape and style, I looked up multiple references and stuck with 4 of them, but the final piece looked very, very close to one specific reference, more than I realised before this happened.

I've tried similar things before, but with such a specific, iconic place from the source material, I must have fallen in to the trap of making it look -too- similar instead of adding more of my own flair and details. It's something I will endeavour to be more careful and mindful of going forward.

You're right. While I did use multiple references, this specific one was a bigger influence than I realised before all of this happened. Something I will endeavour to be a lot more mindful of in the future. And I'll be more careful when branching out to other styles so this doesn't happen again. 💜

Following the previous misunderstanding, I'll be removing a previous piece I did as it's been deemed too close to the original reference I used. Out of respect for the artist who did the original reference, I'll be removing it. It's never been an intent to steal, but to learn from other artists.

I saw the style and thought it was great, but wanted to try doing something similar myself, which is why it looks close the to same. I'm sorry that this had become a problem, it was never my intention to 'steal' as you put it, only learn from another artist.
