Some of the caps on my spice jars are cracking, so I'm making new ones and I guess now I'm gonna replace them all

@Migueldeicaza Looks like my oldest is from 2005, and I've somehow managed to keep it ll these years. And use it.. maybe twice, never for anything real. I still like the idea (which is also why I have an S/MIME cert setup for my email that I've also never used)

Anyone know of a Swift framework that renders a directed acyclic graph that renders top down or left to right, styled similar to a family tree, or do I have to make my own? It needs to be styled kinda like the image below with each level of children lined up […] [Original post on oldbytes.space]

Some Meshtastic nodes way up by Santa Rosa and Sacramento showing up today! A few are 90 miles away from me.

A map of the San Francisco Bay Area with many Meshtastic nodes showing up clustered in San Francisco and the South Bay Area, with a couple additional nodes showing in Santa Rosa and one in Sacramento.

This is going to be the first batch of #pottery I'm taking to the kiln!

Plastic bin with a bunch of various pieces of pottery in it, with even more sitting outside the bin. A total of 42 pieces.

I really really hate this error. The fact that I need to connect to a server to print is bad enough, but that this is what happens very frequently is just obnoxious. #BambuLab #3dPrinting

Here’s what I ended up with last night that I felt was halfway decent. Pretty happy with these for not having done it for 30 years (except one date night pottery thing a few years back) #happiness #peace #pottery #thisIsMyMeditation

First actual bowl-like thing from my new pottery wheel. One of the free classes I took in college was an art class for pottery and sculpture. I made about 10 items in that class. More than 30 years later I realized how much I enjoyed it and bought a wheel […] [Original post on oldbytes.space]

You can really knock out some UI fast with #SwiftUI. Threw this whole app together in about 3-4 hours (fetches lat/long points from a server and displays paths on the map). I am not proficient in SwiftUI at all, but this was easy to do. * Not showing the paths for privacy

A macOS app whose UI is primarily a large map with some extra controls on it such as “Load Today’s Data”, “Load last X days”, “Color by certain criteria”, “Move Map to Home”, “Move map to last location”
