I've been waiting for this day because we have Ogre as prompt for day 6 #inktober2026. But since I can never really execute well what I imagined, I just went "whatever" with this one, not with the idea but on drawing it. 🤣

Day 6 prompt: Ogre
A giant ogre dressed in Filipino barong, holding a victim upside down in one hand over his mouth with sharp teeth to eat it.
The ogre stands in flooded waters with debris and people (both dead and alive) floating on it.
His background are 3 bags on each side of him containing money.

[Mention of death] It has been one year since Mommy passed away. And so, this morning, I spent a quiet time at breakfast with a candle lit; remembering her: Her smile, Her voice, The way she dresses, The way she cooks, The way she sings.

Tea candle lit up and placed on top of a kitchen paper towel.

It was multicultural night last night at church. Had fun watching the performances. And of course, I loved my outfit. I kinda wish I have a better photo of my outfit 🤣

Photo of my reflection from flat's bathroom mirror.
Had my hair half up using "the claw". Wearing my brownish cat-eye specs, a choker, yellow-gold one-sleeve filipiniana see-through top and underneath is a black corset top with floral design; the filipiniana top's tie was tied into rose design, and a black maxi skirt.

And and I love my red lipstick.

Art and Recovery
Prompt: 4. Turn a paint splatter into something else.
Detail what you drew and why.

I drew what I think I saw.
At first, I saw a butterfly but eventually turned out something different. It can be anything at any moment.

I traced the clearer "outline" of the multicoloured watercolour splatter and formed some sort assymetrical bird using black gel pen.
