To reduce implementation-time, we have community examples for commitments. e.g. “expectations for working hours, remote working, and vacation” has 8 examples across 4 countries. github.com/SAFE-Labs-Do... Adapt the text to suit your lab and add your own examples to help the community!

Commitments were rated as highly important for lab culture, but with extremely low implementation rates (< 25%). This highlights both the need, and potential impact, of our handbook throughout academia.
