I FORGOT TO REPLY IM SO SORRY!! So Skwisgaar and Tobbe had a huge fight in 2005 and Skwisgaar left that night. The band went on for another few months, but ultimately broke up in 2006. The dynamics of the band were just too rocky after.

AAH Thank you! I'm always happy to talk about Tobbe! Feel free to ask questions you may want to know more about! And yes, he is the reason Skwisgaar has beef with "the Dutch" hehe.

I'm doing alternating upper/lower days right now and I superset chest motions with biceps/shoulders. Like if I'm on the bench, 10xpec flies, then 10xclose grip presses, then a rest. 4 sets of those. It'll still lengthen your workout but I feel like I get through quicker with supersets!

I don't think they have that option yet... hopefully soon!!

my mtl OC, Tobbe! he’s the keyboardist/co-founder of the Swedish melodeath band Agnostic Priest, one of Skwisgaar’s old projects. this drawing is circa 1998 - #tuulidraws #metalocalypse #metalocalypseoc #mtloc #originalcharacter #agnosticpriest (logo designed by @hellyeahskwisgaar.bsky.social )

Not too long after #dethklok starts finding fame, someone pays their little bro a visit. Not that he likes their music or anything. It’s totally derivative and relies on overused chord progressions and— (Runke is very proud of Toki!) #tuulidraws #metalocalypse #tokiwartooth #runkesnogge
