Totally... I have a lot of doggies and some are search dogs (working pups)... some were easy, others took more work... but, just about 5 minutes a day is all anyone needs to go over obedience. Keep it simple and REWARD the pup when he/she does a good job. They eventually get it. :)

Unfortunately, some disgusting humans do that (I was referring more to horses & dogs, as that would be a HUGE detriment). Just look at Pit Bulls. The FILTH who breed those dogs for shorter legs with bigger heads, then mutilate them.... & especially human trash who breed bull dogs... put them in jail

Very sad about those kitties - Osteochondrodysplasia in Scottish Folds is a hereditary condition caused by a mutation in the Fd gene, leading to severe joint problems and skeletal deformities. Affected cats may show signs such as lameness, swollen joints, and reluctance to move.

Short spine syndrome is a rare birth defect where an animal's spine does not form or grow right. The backbone bones are squished or stuck together instead of long and bendy. It mostly happens in dogs, but people have also seen it in cats, horses, and wild animals like raccoons.

Yesterday, had a marvelous trip twelve miles off of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, to cage dive with sharks. We had SEVEN come visit us... amazing creatures. Thank you Dr. Neil Hammerschlag and crew, for an outstanding trip.

Instead of strengthening protections for animals, Alberta has chosen to weaken the law. This fall, new laws will come into effect, giving rodeo & chuckwagon racing a free pass from rules that would otherwise apply—leaving animals used in these events with fewer legal safeguards against suffering.
