me a couple years ago: fun is the most important thing in life because a life with no fun seems like kind of a drag! me now: fun is the most important thing in life as a critical matter of Survival. it is right up there with food and healthcare. without it you will be ripped apart by demons

You don't actually NEED to have intent on improving your art, studying or being "good" at it. If it makes you happy to just draw your ocs on blank backgrounds then do it. Your art style will evolve naturally and you'll just latently pick up stuff along the way.

The doctor who claimed that vaccines cause autism lost his medical license for faking for the study. But his lies and the damage he did to public health persist long after his paper was pulled. This is why science communication is so difficult; all it takes is one grifter.

I locked in on artfight so I didn’t have much to post. Here’s my fishbowl glass silly for ya’ll! #objecthead #objectheadoc #ocart

A reference sheet for the artists OC Orange Soda. A humanoid character with a glass filled with orange soda has a head. With some liquid filled koi fish features wearing a sweater with two koi on it. Reference including an individual tail, eye, and a reference of the characters favorite fish.

A redraw of an old pagedoll of the same character as the previous image. Orange Soda looks off to the side while sitting next to an oversized orange soda bottle. Citrus the wind up fish waves from inside Sodas head.

i have no thoughts about 'friendslop', but more broadly, and i know it has been this way for a long time: i would like to live in a world that has a different model for an entire artistic landscape that isn't 1-2 unexpected successes followed by an endless torrent of increasingly craven imitations

seeing peoples reactions to both the tadc finale and deltarune chapter 5 in quick succession has left me convinced more than ever that people need to kill the lore theorist part of their brain and actually engage with things for what they are and not whatever they theorized it would be

Two fandom OCs references for Artfight! Including the redesign for Blooming Meadows (my first Rain World OC) with her old one as an alt design. As well as Roxie who is an old Poptropica OC! #poptropica #rainworld #artfight

A reference for the artists Rain World OC Blooming Meadows. Includes the current version of Blooming Meadows as the first design. With the old 2024 redesign next to it.

Text Includes

Blooming Meadows
2026 Reference

Notes
Both of these designs are canon and preferred.

Can be drawn with or without irises

Slightly chubby body type

Very short

A reference for the artists Poptropica OC Roxie also known as Rainbow Paw. A werewolf based on sparkle dogs and scene fashion, there is lore for this I promise. Including their werewolf, half, and technically their human form. Just remove the tail and ears.

is it a hot take if i say that Cloudy Dream is still objectively the best skin for Boxten? i like his other skins but none of them come as memorable. i may change my opinion if his new skin in future is better. [ #ollieomen #mitziart #bskyart #bskyartist #art #artist #digitalart #dandysworld ]

these dorks oh my god... [ #ollieomen ⋆ #mitziart ⋆ #bskyartist ⋆ #bskyart ⋆ #traditionalart ]

traditional sketch depicts cosmo carrying boxten by his rear, he has a resting bitch face while holding a rolled up paper. boxten is terrified of a spider that is in front of them and screams in horror, imagining it to have monstrous look.

cosmo and boxten are trying to have a date but the spider comes to ruin it for them.

a traditional sketch of chronos stands next to boxten, with their height difference. the former is 6 feet tall (not counting its hat), whereas the latter only stands 4 feet tall. boxten is shaking like a leaf as he looks up to chronos, who smiles mischievously at him. they both are doll puppets but made from different materials - chronos' is porcelain, meanwhile boxten's is wooden.

it's not visible but chronos holds a cane to balance its standing posture.

lines are smudged and messy due to the artist constantly patching up the mistakes, so the drawing might be unclear for people with vision impairments. my deep apologies.

Reminder that if you have a black cat and they're allowed to go outside (I don't support that for any cat), KEEP THEM INSIDE ON HALLOWEEN! They could potentially get hurt by some idiot nutjob! If you have a neighbor with a black cat, please try to voice your concern to them to keep their pet safe
