The wealthy are afraid of paying their fair share. As a retiree who will not be withdrawing anything close to $500,000 per year, I will absolutely get a tax break with Amendment 87.
If I were the uber wealth, the increase on my post $500k would not hurt me. I'd be proud to fund CO awesomeness.
