The most American shit in the world is having your public transit be half a mile away from the airport and to force people to walk a path then take half of that path, which runs through a parking garage already, for a little car that takes people who don’t want to walk to public transit.

So far have watched all Sweden games at The Swedish Club on Dexter. Headed there now again for v. Netherlands. New favorite Seattle discovery. Became a member (am not Swedish) and will be here often for this view.

I had a similar obsession with Seattle that started during Covid. Used this app called Fog of World, expensive but worth it, where you unfog every street by walking it. Makes beautiful maps of everywhere you’ve been. Example of all walking in 2024 attached. Have loved discovering new paths all over.

Any Sweden/Norway game. FIFA denied the Nordic Heritage Museum showing games so they’re at www.swedishclubnw.org It’s free but you have to RSVP and attend with at least one member if you want to buy booze ($50 signup, don’t have to be Swedish). View is legit though.
