My character page for my clown OC Candy! I originally started this for Artfight, but instead it became a fun exercise to flesh out one of my favorite OCs. #Art #Papercraft #PaperArt #BlackArt #BlackArtist #Candy #Clown #OC

A character design sheet for my clown OC "Candy".

Left on the top of the page, dots of various variations of Candy's signature colors-Red, Yellow, and Purple- are shown. To the right there 3 sample outfits: an oversized suspender set, a leotard with puffy pants, and a colorful skirt set.

Candy's portrait is on the lower left side. She is a medium toned black woman with bright yellow braids and bright painted cheeks. She is wearing a red bullseye dress shirt, yellow novelty bow tie, and magenta purple jacket. She is smiling widely and looking to the right. The smile is wide enough that you can see a few of her teeth on the bottom right are purple and sparkly partial dentures.

A full body view of Candy is positioned on her shoulder to the right. She is a larger woman wearing a yellow scalloped collar, purple leotard with white polka dots, red stripped puffy pants, and purple and yellow spiked boots. She is gesturing to the left balancing on one foot and holding her hands out to the portrait and Candy's name on page.

2024 Scrapwork 7 - "The Dead God Golden Dynamite" I got several pieces out of one stack of scrap paper! I said goodbye to the stack by literally killing it. #Art #PaperArt #Papercraft #BlackArt #BlackArtist

A young girl wears the crown of the god she has slain. She is wearing a simple white dress and the crown she is wearing is dripping gold blood onto her head. In her hands, she is holding the dual-pupil, one eyed head of the god beside her. The god is hanging from the wall and is wearing a black, tendril like vest with a red gem in the center. Their arms and neck are torn stumps bleeding gold onto the ground. The whole scene is back in a red scratchy void.
