As a person who worked for a mental health non-profit, I can tell you that police and local sheriffs depts are the ones buying them bus tickets to other cities. Also, it is a violation of civil rights to civilly commit a person if they are not a danger to self or others.

For the first time ever, my husband and I found 34 prime morels!! I fried them in browned butter with fresh garlic, shrimp and lemon juice and served over pasta. I've never had so many mores at once. Heavenly!
