final verdict: scope, facial interface, soft pad, prescription lens inserts: 334 grams. add a strap and fully counterweight it and it lands at ~560g. compare to my quest 3 which weighs in 486g/765g. so much lighter! lads: we have steam frame at home.

work in progress custom resin printed PSVR2 facial interface and headstrap with optically transparent mesh sidewalls that are clear when looking out the side but black when looking forward due to pupil perspective shift. makes psvr2 ~320 grams! #psvr2 #vr #blender #3dprinting

Pancake Lenses for VR are not so good, you can see all the echoes of leaked light, that makes it have a glare, if you have a high contrast image on it... To be honest, except for small sweet spot, the lenses on my PSVR2 look better than this more modern expensive thing...

A quest 3 with open facial interface, modded with a custom clear bondi blue resin side part in a Y2K blobject style, with visible internal cabling rerouting the quest's side usb port to just above the ear, and attachments for an Apple Vision Pro headstrap

"Centrepunk" almost evokes a mohawk with it's one dramatic diagonally chopped face feather. Harsh, asymetrical, but you know this bird cares a lot about social issues, even while he steals pokemon cards from the chain store.
