Could also do either davinci resolve or iMovie to play back the video and record over it at the same time / same file. In either case, you can get a USB microphone or just use your laptop's mic. Something like an AudioTechnica AT2020 USB mic would be PLENTY, and cheaper would also work

Couple of things you can do for cheap / easy solutions. - your phone mic would likely be good enough as long as your space is quiet. You can set that up, watch the video, and record through your phone. Then use something like DaVinci Resolve (free video editor) to add the audio over the video.

Yes!!! And some of the stories of hope that come from the Mary Ellen Carter really show how precious that song is. Hearing about the sailor who fought to survive a wreck, and found hope and strength because of that song, is an incredible story.

Listen, ramen cheese packet, I understand why this exists, but please know that there will never be a time where I only use the Cheese Beginner level of cheese.

I'm very grateful for the range of responses I had from this. There's a super interesting drop-off looking at 2023-2024 grad years. I'm wondering if that's because of a) cost of living b) influx of information being available online, therefore formal education being less desirable, or c) covid

Biggest thing: 79% of respondents had audio-related education. Only 6% reported not having post-secondary education.
