Some mood boards I made for chapter 1 and 2 of my #bkdk 80s wrestling fic to get me in the right mindset to write for it again.

Bakugou was most definitely a Pop Step fan as a kid. Just imagine him randomly stumbling upon one of her street concerts for the first time and being completely enamored. Like, he did not get his fairy fruit tart moves from watching All Might. Just saying. #bkdk #vigilantes #mha

I'd eat this up. Imagine Izuku eventually managing Dynamights agency?

#wipWednesday Posting chapter 1 of my #Togachako fic (with a splash of #bakudeku) this weekend. Quirkless, grad student AU. There's some Izuocha in the beginning, but it's part of the journey, trust. #bkdk

This is just what I assume and interpret anyway. All those art history classes I've taken have to be good for something. But if I'm, if I'm honest, I'm still not sold on the Dabi/Todoroki one I posted. I'll keep looking 😭

I'm not 100% confident, but I believe the Oath of Horatii represents them. Brothers divided by ideologies, one side embracing a righteous cause, the other consumed by loss and vengeance. Dramatic composition/body language/ familial struggle echoes the themes: sacrifice, honor, and tragedy.

Self-explanatory. This poor man's life is one big scream.

Both artworks center around a dramatic clash of ideas Plato and Aristotle debating philosophy and heroes vs villains. They share similar composition, with a central vanishing point, dramatic lighting, symmetry, and movement to draw the eye.

From the Creation of Adam, the hands are reversed. Katsuki's hand is Adam's hand upside down, Shigaraki's hand is god's hand also flipped. It represents death.

From the School of Athens, making AFO Plato and Aristotle All Might is so purposeful too. Plato's belief that the material world is only a shadow of a higher perfect reality vs. Aristotle's school of thought that knowledge comes from experience and observation. Focusing on ethics and human behavior.

Toga as Flora/The handmaid/Hora of the Spring, waiting to cloak Venus as she arrives. She represents renewal, love, beauty, and growth, and the connection to the natural world. Toga wants to love and protect Ochako (Venus) because she's in fact, a normal girl.

In the original, a luxurious woman is serene, lost in thought. A symbol of her memories or unspoken story. Reaching for Flowers, a symbol of nostalgia and longing, and feminity. The soft pastels are romantic in atmospheric tone.

A thread of the references I've spotted so far from Hori's new art. This composition is so insane guys. Ochako as Beautiful Lady in a Lilac Dress with Flowers" by Czachórski ** Reposting to include art analysis ** #mha #togachako #bkdk

Tysm! Her makeup was stunning. I ran up to her so fast, but i haven't been super active in the cosplay community recently and totally forgot exchanging socials is a thing 😂. Afterward, I was like, I'M NEVER GOING TO FIND THEM AGAIN. Bless my bkdk feed.

Do you happen to know the Mina?? I nearly stopped in my tracks when I saw them at Katsucon. Their Mina cosplay is so good 😭

Thank you for replying. This helps. I wasn't sure where fanfiction falls under in terms of violations. I personally would always prefer to ask anyway, but I wanted to see what others usually do.

#dkbk : Fic Rec: Shooting Stars by imnotpoppunk ~98k words I found this fic by chance, and I implore you'll to check it out. It's so cute. It played out like a little movie in my head and I love the dynamics between #bkdk. Especially because I'm feral for dumb crazy Izuku.

Are there any fics out there where Gogoyami meets #BkDk ? I want to see how they would react to their prototypes 😂

Photon @photonfairy.bsky.social · 07/02/2025

I think I'm going to focus on one shots for a little while. I have two longish fics, #BkDk fics in progress, one #Togachako fic, and two others that are in the concept phase. But I fear I don't have the skills to pull them off properly? So, I need some practice first 😩
